Elkins / Randolph County YMCA
Provides a safe haven for children and families to come together for fitness and fun with programs, classes and activities to enhance life. Sponsored memberships are available for youth, seniors, and adults with disabilities who meet certain income requirements. Non-members can purchase a day pass for $6 ($4 age 17 and under), which includes the opportunity to take a shower.

The YMCA also offers free breakfast and lunch to children under age 18. Breakfast is in the city park at 8 a.m., and lunch is either in the park or at the YMCA at noon. Please call ahead of time to ensure availability.

Randolph County Health Department
With a mission to prevent, protect and promote the public health needs of the community, this department offers preventive care, family planning, and health education, as well as air, water, and facility health inspections. Open 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (M), 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (T-Th), and 8 a.m - 4 p.m. (F)

Randolph County Senior Center
The senior center provides a variety of resources including daily lunch, in-home care services, health services, transportation, and classes.

Tyrand Cooperative Ministries
Tyrand offers emergency assistance in times of need with food, clothing, medications, rent, mortgage, utility payments, home repair for needy individuals, and more.
